Hunter Trader Academy strives to provide exceptional educational services to our students. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.

1. Course Fees:

   Once course fees are paid, they are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to changes in personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with course content, or inability to complete the course.

2. Refund Eligibility:

   Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

   – Course cancellation by Hunter Trader Academy.

   – Inability to access the course material due to technical issues caused by Hunter Trader Academy.

   – In exceptional cases, where a refund is deemed appropriate at the sole discretion of Hunter Trader Academy management.

3. Refund Process:

   If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria mentioned above, please contact our support team at support@huntertraders.com within 30 days of the issue arising. Our team will review your request and respond to you in a timely manner. You will get your refund within 5 working days, In case your refund got approved.

4. Refund Amount:

   – If a refund is approved, the amount refunded will be determined solely by Hunter Trader Academy management.

   – Refunds, if granted, will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.

   – Any applicable transaction fees or charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refunded amount.

5. Course Completion:

   – Refunds will not be issued for courses that have been partially or fully completed.

   – It is the responsibility of the student to complete the course within the specified timeframe to be eligible for any potential refund.

6. Modifications:

   Hunter Trader Academy reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
